ROSSITER WORKOUT These deep, powerful, client-driven stretches are for those who want to take charge of their pain and expect dramatic results. These techniques are performed in a chair or on a mat, fully clothed.

Betsy's comfortable office is in a professional building in Bay Park.

There is ample free parking. The building has handicapped access.

Directions: From I-5, exit at Clairemont Drive. Go one block east to Denver and turn left. Go up one block to Gesner and turn left. The building is on the left-hand corner, set back from the street.
